Tides Hotel

This uniquely constricted site inspired an innovative design concept with the Lobby on the fourth floor above a 111-space parking structure. The Tides Hotel earned SMP Architecture and Innisfree Hotels a Best Western Premier Champion Design Award. This $13.5 Million project was subject to strict coastal & neighboring property guidelines.
