Maritime Center of Excellence & American Magic

The proposed adaptive reuse and expansion to the existing Warehouse10 building at the Port of Pensacola will house a new research, manufacturing, and training facility for the American Magic, an America’s Cup racing team. The project will have a significant influence and positive economic impact on Pensacola; establishing the city’s reputation as not only a sailing hub that will draw national and international regattas to Pensacola’s deep water bay, but a center for racing technology and research that will attract some of the world’s best shipbuilders.
