Maritime Place

Inspired by the maritime warehouses that once lined the downtown waterfront, Maritime place has become a modern-day icon for downtown.  Historical references are juxtaposed with innovative building techniques.  Vernacular materials are used throughout.  Located beside the Blue Wahoo’s stadium, the four-story, 75,000 square foot building overlooks Pensacola Bay.  Maritime Place is home to EmCare, Studer Group, and Moore, Hill, & Westmoreland, P.A. The conceptual rendering to the right illustrates the ground level retail and rooftop event space included in the initial plans for the mixed-use development.
