La Rua Residences

Inspired by the “Charleston single house”, each unit has a private veranda overlooking the courtyard.  All four units have a ground floor entry. The two ground floor unit entries front the sidewalk.  And the upper floor units each have their own stair with a ground level entry accessed from the courtyard.  The duplex design allows the structures to be permitted under less stringent residential guidelines, resulting in many cost savings. For instance, stormwater retention is not required.
