The Jackson’s building, an 1860’s era structure, is a 9,000 square foot, adaptive reuse project that involved the transformation of the former Peaden’s Office Supply Building into a mixed-use facility. The upper level is composed of two residential urban lofts and the lower level houses a five-star restaurant, Jackson’s. The project strived to take advantage of a valuable location, the corner of Palafox and Zaragosa streets, across from the Plaza Ferdinand Square, in the heart of the Downtown District.
