Imperium

Imperium is a 3-unit live/work development in Downtown Pensacola.  The top two levels of each townhome is a 3 bed/3 1/2 bath residence.  The ground floor level is designed with ample storefront glass for maximum visibility and provides a separate streetside entrance for a commercial, professional space or a retail establishment.  The commercial space was designed so that it could be rented or sold separately from the residence above.
