Hawkshaw

The Hawkshaw site will become a $30M mixed-use development comprised of three buildings linked by landscaped parking areas and tree-lined auto courts.  There will be a total of 55 condominium units ranging in size from 775 sq ft to 1,805 sq ft. The residence types include 8 studio-loft units, 4 one-bedroom units, and 43 two-bedroom units. In addition to the residential component, the project includes 23,000 sq ft of restaurant, retail, and fitness space.  Site work for the project began September 30, 2019.   Project features include covered parking, floor to ceiling window walls, expansive covered balconies, and unobstructed views of Pensacola Bay. Amenities include the nearby walkable neighborhood of Aragon, Veteran’s Memorial Park, and the pedestrian and dog friendly Admiral Mason Park.
