Hampton Inn & Suites, Downtown Convention Center

This urban build was designed under Historical Architectural Guidelines to ensure the protection and continuation of the Austin historic vernacular.  A wrap around covered promenade and balcony above were incorporated to encourage pedestrian activity and vibrancy to a business-centric district. This project’s parking garage accommodates 103 parking spaces.
