Azure Resort Condos

This project is a multi-family project that includes 135 residential units and two attached parking garages.  SMP encouraged the development entity to differentiate this project from the numerous Gulf front condominiums in the area by showcasing a signature arrival experience with a circular auto court, elevated walkways and pergolas, and an arrival water feature. This project’s parking garages accommodates 208 parking spaces.
